Electrohydraulic dock leveler with hinged lip of DLHH series is an optimal solution for warehouses and logistics facilities where it’s necessary to provide fast and secure loading and unloading at the dock. When activated, the leveler lifts and the lip opens turning into a horizontal position. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position. Both embedded and suspended installation of the leveler are possible.

Electrohydraulic dock leveler with telescopic lip of DS series is an optimal solution for warehouse complexes and other facilities with loading docks. It offers time saying flexibility for handling all loading situations including side loads. The telescopic lip can be extended onto the vehicle bed with the utmost precision. Lip segments allow handling vehicles whose bed is narrower than the overall leveler width. When activated, the leveler lifts and the lip slides out. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip slides back in and the platform returns to its original stored position. Both embedded and suspended installation of the leveler are possible. .

Sanvy mechanical dock leveler is designed to equip loading docks of warehouses and other logistics facilities. It works without electrical supply and can be used in case of back-up or if an electrohydraulic leveler can’t be installed. The leveler is lifted by two operators. As the lip rises, it will automatically swing up and extend. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position. Both embedded and suspended installation of the leveler are possible.

The leveler is used in warehouses and logistics facilities docks where it’s necessary to provide fast and secure loading and unloading. It works without electrical supply and can be used in case of backout or if pit leveler installation is not feasible. The leveler is lifted with operating handle by one operator. While lifting the lip opens. Next the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position. Installaion of the EOD leveler is performed on a special ramp or in the pit.
